Believe that hard work pays off? We are looking for a Senior Media Executive to join our busy team. Uncommon Sense is 4 years old, has grown fast and is now on the lookout for a conscientious individual to support us on our fast-paced expansion program.

As a key player in our organisation, you’ll harness your expertise to drive strategic media campaigns that amplify our clients’ messages and achieve outstanding results. In this role, you will be at the forefront of executing and managing high-impact digital campaigns, ensuring they are both innovative and aligned with our strategic goals. Your deep understanding of digital platforms and advertising trends will enable you to optimise campaign performance, adapt strategies in real-time, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Media Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across digital and Uncommon Ad Space platforms to maximise client visibility and engagement.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with media and content services.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Content Oversight: Supervise the creation and distribution of high-quality content, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand messaging. This includes managing editorial calendars, overseeing content production, and maintaining consistency across all channels.
  • Platform Management: Review and manage various social platforms to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and align with overall strategy.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse media performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and optimise campaign effectiveness. Utilise data to drive decision-making and improve ROI for client campaigns.

 The ideal candidate will:

  • Exhibit strong alignment with Uncommon Sense’s mission and a keen interest in supporting its work.
  • Have significant experience in media management, ideally with a background in both digital and traditional media environments.
  • Be adept at using data and analytics to drive media strategies and measure campaign success.
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Be flexible and innovative, capable of navigating the rapidly evolving media landscape and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrate strong networking abilities and experience in managing high-level client relationships.
